Why are there so many restrictions?
There's no such thing as a free lunch; you will always be required to make a sacrifice for your free hosting service, usually in the form of banners, text links, other advertising or the right to your first-born child. Bandwidth and hardware aren't free, someone always has to pick up the tab. It all depends on the company paying for it.
